How do credits work, and how long do they last?
Every subscription plan includes a set number of credits. Live Studio sessions use credits per second while active; photo transforms use a flat amount per image; AI Clipper and Audio Studio show the price before you start. Credits stay valid for your full subscription period, and your balance is always visible in the workspace.
How do I pay, and how long does activation take?
Pay by local bank transfer in Naira: transfer the plan amount to our account and upload your receipt. Your credits are added within 1–2 hours once the transfer is confirmed.
How does the real-time AI transformation work?
DeepLook streams your webcam feed to our realtime AI model, which transforms your appearance frame by frame. Describe a look in the prompt box, or pick a quick prompt, and the transformed feed updates live — no render queue.
What's the difference between Live Studio and Transform Studio?
Live Studio transforms your live camera feed in real time — ideal for streaming or video calls. Transform Studio is for generating and editing: describe an image or video (or upload one to transform), pick from 60+ AI models, and download the result.
Do I need special hardware or software?
No. DeepLook runs in your browser — just a webcam and a stable internet connection. The desktop app for Windows and Linux is optional, and required only for the real-time voice changer.
Is my data and video feed private?
Yes. Your video is streamed for real-time transformation and isn't stored or repurposed. DeepLook is built by Bridox Technology, a registered Nigerian company, and we take data security seriously across the platform.
